through greater strength, power and better movement pathways!

As your season winds down, you don’t have to.

Train for future performance

Whether golf, tennis, baseball, volleyball, pickleball, swimming — pick your sport —

Greater strength and endurance fuel not only increased power but improved movement trajectories as well!

Think about the foundational movements at the heart of your sport.

  • Do your feet, hips, torso, shoulders, arms and hands communicate well?

  • Do you feel or sense your muscles ‘firing’ at the right times, cooperating with each other to produce the speed, power and accuracy you desire?

  • Does your breathing help or hinder you when it matters the most? Can you recover swiftly for the next drive?

  • As you think about your game, are there any ‘weak links’ in your body that feel are impacting your performance?

The core human movement patterns in strength training are essential to virtually all ‘full body’ sports.

Getting better at squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, pressing, rotating and bracing will set you up for profound improvements, such as:

  • Greater control through increased strength and improved proprioceptive awareness create greater accuracy.

  • More accuracy unleashes your confidence to ‘drive’ with more power in your essential movements.

  • Bolstered stability, strength and coordination through your ‘kinetic chain checkpoints’ (feet-ankles, knees, lumbo-pelvic/hips, shoulders, cervical spine/head) means less injury due to loss of control that shows up as hyperextension, subluxation, and other traumas to the joints.

the bottom line:

everything gets better with improved strength, coordination, endurance and mobilty
