Two to five times per week, you have 45-60 minutes where the only thing that matters is you and your well-being! Just you and your program, your important topics, clean and organized equipment that you need, and my full attention!
Your training sessions happen in a safe, private, clean space. No trying to compete for space or equipment in a crowded (and often not so clean or great-smelling) gym, with other people all around, your trainer getting interrupted and distracted... all which leaves you wondering what it is you’re actually paying for.
Pricing, scheduling & Services
Initial new client consultations are 45-60 minutes in length, and are $45.00 If you schedule and complete your first personal training session within two weeks of your initial consult, you receive a 45% discount on that initial training session (1st session cost is just $20).
Sessions are $45 each. You pay cash as you go. No contracts, no auto billing.
— If you’re serious and your committed to consistency, then neither of us need to spend time managing packages, billing and contracts.
— I’d rather spend that time and mental focus on building and refining programming that, together with your efforts, produces real results that can last!
In-person training sessions are held at my Ground2Goal Garage Gym and options for in-home training (your home gym) are also available.
