Personal Training

Pricing and scheduling based on your needs and programming (in-person, on-demand, or hybrid), so contact me to discuss your plan.

You choose the number of sessions per week in-person and/or virtual.

You can also add access to a digital training platform and paper/hardcopy resources along with customized weekly coaching support.

In-person training sessions are held at my Ground2Goal Garage Gym (safe, private and focused on only your session and programming). Options for in-home training (your home gym) are available.

If you’re interested in a combination of in-person and on-demand training, note that you’re interested in hybrid training when you reach out via my contact form, and we’ll discuss when we meet for your initial consultation.

All in-person training sessions are 45-60 minutes.

Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling policy:

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made not less than twelve (12) hours in advance of the scheduled session, and 24-hour notice is greatly appreciated in non-emergent situations; otherwise the session is considered forfeited. If the cancellation/rescheduling policy is met, a session can be rescheduled for any available session slot within the next 30 calendar days.
