Personal Training

You have the option of 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week. You can pay monthly, or every two weeks. No contracts or auto-debit payments. You are in control. If I’m serving you well and you’re doing the work, there’s no need for complicated contracts and high-pressure sales.

Sessions are held at my Ground2Goal Garage Gym (safe, private and focused on only your session and programming) your home (if you have the space and needed equipment), and/or outdoors when the weather’s awesome if you enjoy that!

We’ll assess where you are to ensure a safe and effective start to our work together.

You receive custom-designed programming based on your specific needs and desired areas of improvement and growth.

You can choose to add daily coaching support through my Ground2Goal training app with a variety of tools, including:

  • Additional fitness programming that you do on days other than your in-person sessions,

  • Biometric measurement and tracking,

  • Nutrition guidance via food journaling, macronutrient tracking and meal planning,

  • Weekly habit formation and consistency guidance,

  • Daily coach messages of information, inspiration and resonance, and more!

  • Pricing for training app access varies based on the services you desire. Ask me for more details on adding training app access and tools when we meet to discuss your program.

All in-person training sessions are 45-60 minutes, base price $45/session

  • $360 per month gets you 2 sessions per week (8 sessions a month), and that includes DAILY coaching support.

  • $540 per month gets you 3 sessions per week (12 sessions per month), also with DAILY coaching support.

  • $180 per month covers 1 session per week if time limitations necessitate it, but I strongly recommend twice-per-week scheduling if you can, as the best overall consistency and results are seen here for most people.

Clients pay monthly by cash or Venmo.

Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule a session, 24-hours notice by email or text message must be given. A client is allowed no more than 5 reschedules in a 6-month period. This is to protect the integrity and reliability of others’ scheduled appointments and training cycles and avoid significant disruption to client programming.
