what is the price for an initial consultation, and then how much are the sessions?

Initial consultations are 45-60 minutes in length, and are $45.00 If you join as a client, that fee is applied to cover your first session. Regular sessions are $45 each as well.

are session payments refundable or transferrable?

Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

if i need to cancel a session, how far in advance must I do that?

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made not less than twelve (12) hours in advance of the scheduled session, and 24-hour notice is greatly appreciated in non-emergent situations; otherwise the session is considered forfeited.

Notice of cancellation/need to reschedule can be made by text message or email to Bonnie via the contact information provided at time of sign-up.

can I reschedule sessions?

If the cancellation/rescheduling policy is met, sessions can be rescheduled for any available session slot within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase.

what are my options for making session/program payments?

1. By session, upon arrival (before session begins)

2. Weekly upon arrival for the week’s first session (before first session of the week begins) for the total number of sessions scheduled that week

3. Monthly upon arrival for the month’s first session (before session begins) for the total number of sessions scheduled for that month

Auto-billing is not used; it is the client’s responsibility to make on-time payment.
