STRONG Fitness Foundations Small Group Program
New to exercising, or maybe getting back into it after quite some time? You and a committed food-and-fitness friend can train together for either 8 or 16 sessions at a 15% discount off standard personal training pricing.
This program addresses FOUR COMMON BARRIERS to building a firm foundation for ongoing success:
#1 – No corporate/public gym… and all those machines, classes, and people who it seems know what they’re doing. You and a friend work with me privately in the GROUND2GOAL GARAGE GYM (or even out in nature if the weather’s amazing and the group agrees).
#2 – Feeling all alone - or feeling lost in a crowd… this program hits that ‘just right’ target! Together with your strong foundations partner, we can really focus on where you’re at and build excellent foundations for proper movement patterns, alignment, balance and more. And by coming into this process with a trusted friend or family member, you both can relax, commit, learn, and dig-deep!
#3 – Just the right duration to get you familiar with personal training, and wanting more to continue building your knowledge, skill and consistency! We meet weekly (you choose 1 or 2 days per week) for 8 weeks in the GROUND2GOAL GARAGE GYM at the group’s chosen days/times.
#4 – Phenomenal value!
(Highly recommended, as this is the most effective.) Two day per week option: You and a partner receive 16, 1-HOUR CLASSES for a one-time payment of $612 per person.
One day per week option: You and a partner receive EIGHT, 1-HOUR CLASSES for a one-time payment of $306 per person.

It can be hard to commit – to take that step to begin exercising (or begin again). So many of us have had really hard, disappointing, and even scary experiences in trying to hop right into a gym or group class. I get it and have been there – more than once!
I am passionate about helping people find ways into (and back into) a more active, strong, and healthy life. This program is laser-focused on giving you the ‘why, what, and how to’ that going it alone just can’t (and that unfortunately, is still missing/neglected when you join a larger gym). Your group will receive top-notch exercise guidance at an incredible value, setting you on the path to lasting success!
You can choose to add daily coaching support through my Ground2Goal training app with a variety of tools, including:
Additional fitness programming that you do on days other than your in-person sessions,
Biometric measurement and tracking,
Nutrition guidance via food journaling, macronutrient tracking and meal planning,
Weekly habit formation and consistency guidance,
Daily coach messages of information, inspiration and resonance, and more!
Pricing for training app access varies based on the services you desire. Ask me for more details on adding training app access and tools when we meet to discuss your program.
Clients can pay for enrollment by cash or Venmo.
Enrollment is non-refundable, and non-transferrable. Up to three session reschedules are allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
This program is offered once per group; after completion standard personal training hourly rates apply.
